Recipe:

In a 2L Magic pot, layer as below:

1tsp oil and 1tbsp water

1C chopped tomatoes

1tsp sambar powder

1tbsp spiced lentil powder (paruppu podi) sprinkled

¼ tsp each turmeric and asafoetida

1tsp each salt and jaggery

Cook on high for 5 whistles or 5 mins. Release pressure. Blend coarsely and add BT(a) and cilantro leaves. Add ½ C water to adjust consistency.

Replace / Supplement:

● Sambar powder with your favorite spice powder.

● Paruppu podi with fried gram powder

Tips :

● Increase flour quantity for thicker consistency

● Can add leftover curry or any other vegetables.
